OTHER AVAILABLE SERVICES
It is often difficult to move to a new area and easily locate the best sources of services and products.  In accordance with our basic objective of making the process of becoming settled in your new life in Pinehurst as smooth and pleasant as possible, the following fee-for-service options are available to you:

·    Window Treatments – Window treatments will be needed for privacy and light control.  We can work with you and local professionals, with or without your presence. 

·    Wall Finishes - Borders, added paneling, or various faux finishes and other special painting techniques can be added to your home. 

·    Deck & Patio Decor - This service can range from providing only furniture, to adding planters and plants.  Designing and installing an outdoor kitchen for you is also an option. 

·    Perennial Plantings - While your landscaping will be multi-layered, some prefer additional sources of color through the year and appreciate the lower maintenance required by these reliable returnees.  Of course, we will need to learn your color and flower type preferences.

·    Appliances - Appliances such as the refrigerator, washer, and dryer are not provided.  Should you need assistance, or wish these to be purchased in your absence, just let us know!

·    Furniture Shopping - High Point, NC is the "furniture Capital" of the country!  We can show you the way.
